I've purchased a few small items from FOC in the past and the service was fine. I recently purchased a Beretta A300 Ultima Patrol and it arrived the next day, discretely packaged. I appreciate the discrete packaging, as one package I received from elsewhere, arrived with the manufacturer's label still showing. Keep up the good work!

Very knowledgeable staff, clean store and decent prices. I went in with not much knowledge and one of the guys I spoke with (can’t remember his name) was really patient and had lots of info to share with me. Steered me in the direction of what to look for for my first firearm and even though I went in with the intent of buying a gun I saw on clearance he suggested I save my money and only purchase one when I can save up enough to get a better quality/reliable gun. I appreciated the honesty even though I left empty handed.

If you are in the market for a firearm, do not hesitate to consider Firearms Outlet! The staff are extremely knowledgable and passionate about their profession. When visiting the store I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam. He was very helpful and patient with me. I had purchased a firearm that had a serious manufacturing defect. Adam, along with other staff, thoroughly inspected the fire arm to try and address the malfunction, which included even taking the firearm to a private range on their own time to try and address the issue. Adam was able to address the malfunction and the firearm is now in working order. The team at Firearms Outlet are top-notch! I will not go to any other firearms distributors around now that I have had this experience at Firearms Outlet. Do not hesitate go see for yourself!

I have ordered from FOC several times but with my last order I received excellent service. They helped me with my purchase from the very beginning with great communication and quick replies prior to ordering and the shipment was processed in no time at all. There was an issue with my package upon receiving it but they were diligent to correct it and help me out. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but the staff at FOC definitely go above and beyond to make sure their customers feel valued.

Received a new grip for replacement on May 8th. Helpful staff👍（update: called them seems like they are willing to help. Been told they will send a similar product. Will stay posted)Bought a brand new adaptor for my sl8. Found opened box upon arrival also the grip has been filed down a bit.. Obviously returned product and they sold it to me as brand new condition.

I placed my order online and shortly after I realized I put the wrong email. I called the store and within 2 hours my order was corrected and shipped out. Amazing customer service and everyone was very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely buy again from this place and hopefully I’ll get my email right next time.

I've ordered several items from FOC. Have never had an issue. Had this 9mm ammo get delivered today. Boxes look mangled like their 20 years old. One box was ripped open, rounds missing, not in package at all. They should have given me a discount or something for this. 4 star because I've had a good experience with other orders.
